Good working environment and culture. Teammates are friendly and supportive..manager is also friendly. Hr team is also not bad

Salary is low compare to other company. Policy are not good. There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign. And you have 3 month notice period also.career grow is very very slow. Dont stay more than 2year. Will always get low grade. And cheap salary hike

Salary comes in time, work culture is good.

Leave policy is very bad. There is no sick leave policy. Working hours are strict. Late logins are included in our incentive criteria which is unfair specially in the process I worked for. Sometimes double pay are not paid on time when we work on National holidays , we had to raise ticket for that.

Nothing to like about this organisation except payment and incentives also night shift allowances.

All the things which is needed to be a good organisation that is missing here Work life balance - NO Promotion- NO SAT/SUN working - YES PARTIALITY - YES Casteism - YES managers behaviour - Worst They are not discussing with people for sat sun working they directly update the roster and ask people to come otherwise same day resignation will be there NSA not approved in time so the pay cycle will impact for us they don’t have care.
