I got pay on time,Senior staff is so much cooperating.No one is having the attitude of Senior.

Dislikes

We don't get cab or shuttle facility from home,any parties,Tours and Diwali or new year bonus from company side.

Basically on 1st everyone gets their salary, some people are helpful so that if make mistakes they can resolve it have to perform to survive and learn more

Dislikes

No job security no appraisal nothing such that can be better. Manager will never be supportive at all with no go with you if there is a meeting with GM the manager will simply disagree with all ur leaves things that been told As WFH started u cannot take a single day leave peacefully coz manager will call ask u to login even on ur week off they don’t care if someone take UL u have to suffer even if u say no than they start ignoring u and doesn’t help at any cost. Taking abt girls they say that they have some procedures to follow I have seen many girls harassed but at last nothing was done.

Nothing much to like, work culture is not good. Cost cutting in insurance domain is too much!!

Dislikes

Policies, local IT, admin and other services on which employee is dependent on performing their duties are terrible.

Flexible timing, work from home, knowledge building, good opportunity for learning, good training, job security

Dislikes

...t good for existing employees. Notice Period is 2 months which is very long. Variables pay is not good. They take it back if he employee is leaving the organization

Good work life balance You get lot of free time in office to study and prepare for interview

...Camera phone not allowed after working from home for 2.5 year Parking problems Slow promotions and single digit salary hikes Quality of work is not good Micro management 1.5 years bond There is bond for atleast 6 months for any special training and onsite deployment People in BPO process don't know how to behave, they just speak abusive language publicly
