Very friendly atmosphere, company policies and appraisal's are fair. Salary hike as per performance is good. HR department takes good decisions and most importantly over smart employees are taken care very nicely because over smart employees takes things for granted unaware of the after effects of their cunning behavior.

...ded not to process my resignation correctly, resulting me to be an abscond case. I ended up with no salary and not having a job for over 4months now.

Work pressure isn't that much when compared with other companies. Most of the times the leaves are sanctioned by the managers.

1. Salary is pathetic 2. Too much of politics when it comes to promotion 3. The company brags about transparency, but fails to walk the talk most of the times 4. Most importantly the senior management are kept in dark by the mid management. I won't be surprised if someone tells me that they don't the basic reason that why the porcesses go back to the client and why WNS fails to deliver what they asked for. One of the main reason for WNS's failure is that in order to hire cheap labour they get ready to compromise with the quality..and that is the main reason why many esteemed clients are left dissatisfied with the quality of service and never come back to WNS. Secondly, in my tenure of 13 years in the company I have seen the CEO only ones on our work floor and that too for a short span of time and most surprisingly people failed to recognize him when he entered the floor. 5. The mid managent is expert in keeping it's staff members and their supervisors in dark and MOST importantly they do not know the ABC's of the process. And they are the ones who are assigned to take one on ones during appraisals..so, you can imagine on what basis they are going to decide your ratings etc. 6. Managers don't easily allow and encourage their staff to opt for an ijp as per their liking..when the opportunity comes they expect the candidate to have a discussion with them and during that discussion it becomes their motto to demoralise the candidate. 7. STRANGE POLICY OF WNS - During internal job postings the candidates who are appearing for that post are supposed to be aware about the process. On the other hand there is an information security policy in place which says that the information of one process must not shared with the people of other processes and must be protected at all costs. So, when the candidate who is appearing for that ijp wants to learn something the data is not made accessible. Moreover, the questions asked are made very specific as per the process

No pressure.. Just logout at time, good food, cab services(free) management was awesome, especially from british airways sudhish vijayan(Sir) is very much supportive n helpful. Amit sir a good friend , a good human being and a great manager.. We love you sir.. And my bhai Rupam dey(sir) one of the best team leader in my career.
