WNS is number one because job security, transport is good, give respect take respect manners from everyone. All leaders are very helpful. Leave policy is good. I want joining again my favourite WNS. Anyone help me with getting job with 26k to 27k only?

I have started working with WNS from 13k salary in-hand before 8 years (2015) and when I left organisation on March 2023 after 8 years I got salary only 22-23k in-hand. Very bad feeling while new joiners taking above 26k. New joiners taking salary as per new criteria this is ok and good thing. But old employee taking less salary than New joiners and provide all process related training to them. Always taking more efforts and more contribution for team by old employee. I left the organisation and interested rejoin my favourite WNS. Can anyone help me with 26k to 27k salary only.

culture is good, Management is with good nature and always helping for others, good envoirment work prefrontal is best to learn dashboard but

There is no growth . no new technologies to learn salary is low one bachelor can not survive.

I was on maternity leave for 6 months and before joining i asked them for a loss of pay extension for 3 months. Later manager and senior group manager asked me to put down my papers because they can't accommodate my need of leave extension

Employees are friendly with cool environment. I love the fact that I work with a team that is supportive in all manners.

Growth is very slow also as per work load the salary is less. I do receive appreciation but not much hike in salary.

...low. However u can only grow till QA or trainer which I didn't wanted to become. Also hike is salary I would rate very poor if the employee is there for 3 yrs which highest rating until year end.
