I got pay on time,Senior staff is so much cooperating.No one is having the attitude of Senior.

Dislikes

We don't get cab or shuttle facility from home,any parties,Tours and Diwali or new year bonus from company side.

Likes

On-time Salary provided. Good training was provided. Transportation provided.

Dislikes

Different employees from different departments including but not limited to Security staff, Cafeteria Staff, and Trainers were always aggressive and arrogant. I was only able to survive here for a month, and within a month there were approximately 4-5 fights I noticed within the organization. The barrier entry for employees is too low and hence the crowd they hire is extremely uneducated and ill-mannered individuals. The shift timings are too extreme which contribute to the extreme kind of behaviors from the staff.

...ated Policies (which does not benefit anybody) very rigid to change nor update No salary hike on promotions in the subordinate levels Too much pressure to handle and financial rewards are not matching to the work done

Nothing much to like, work culture is not good. Cost cutting in insurance domain is too much!!

Dislikes

Policies, local IT, admin and other services on which employee is dependent on performing their duties are terrible.

Worklife balance is less, job security is ok

...k. Leave policy is also poor. Too much workload. Work culture could be improved.The salary structure is also not clear. The whole amount of PF is deducted from employee's salary only, whereas some amount should be paid by company. Even the processes followed are not standardized, and no improvement on automization, too much manual work.
