The only good thing about this organization is Hybrid Model

Appraisals and Bonus = The company is following this practice of delaying Bonus and increments in order to retain employees. Bonus is generally delayed by 1/2 months and Increment is delayed by 5-6 months (i.e almost 2 quarters) and no one is answerable for these delays.

1) Good work life balance with hybrid policy 2) Helpful peers and managers 3) Relaxed company culture 4) Initial Training provided is great

Dislikes

...ry weak IT support as well 4) Weak HR, no budget for team events and activities. They ask/pressurise employees to pay for these events/activities. No team outings as well 5) Very poor appraisals (3-12%) and only max 60-70% of bonus is given. No review of performace and appraisal rating. Due to this and low growth high attrition as well 6) 3 months notice period so become difficult to switch Only join if you want to chill for 2-3 years, otherwise feels like a lala company

Salary is good that is only thing to like it. Rest of things are very poor.

Transport facility is very very poor. Every single day you will face issue with transport and no one listen your issue in the company. No HR interaction with employees if you have any issue to discuss with HR. You have fight your own for issues.

Good work Environment and culture. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees

You cannot judge WNS with only one process. They have numerous process and where pressure is more they pay you good and vice versa. WNS uses to organised may fun activity to have work balance which stop now. Now it only just place of work means you just go their work and get paid and then return home. Yes if there is pressure then you team leader will be very rude. There is inhuman pressure means in example a person can handle 2 chat with its customers but they force to handle 3 chat , yes 3 chat that chat process is insane and they have also set quality upon that. Handling 3 customers on chat and with thought you will not have any quality issues, if you have than will not receive incentives. Best of luck for WNS. IMPORTANT NOTE: WNS is just a company don't think company is your home and people there are you family.

It's not bad but just like other profit making company , thinks of only profit.
