Overall comfort is full assured. Just be minimal work it will pay u salary on time. Too friendly HR & management make it a very comfy work place to hang out with colleagues

Not at all a suitable work place for hardworking & experienced professional. Young freshers & teenaged ppl in the initial stage of years. No i cant take it anymore.

Not at all employe friendly and the promotion and salary expectations are not met. There promise a false salary and give a lesser in hand.

The Company is a poor pay master. Unrealistic work demands. Office politics is at its prime. If you happen to work under Nitika Malhotra or Utpal Sengupta, immediately drop your plans.

Only good thing is that its a big organization and it gives the feel of the same. The package was good, along with benefits, but that's just it

Dislikes

Work culture...or the lack of it. Leadership is always on hyper mode, your calls stretch way beyond your office timings. I took calls at 9, 10 and 11.30 at night although I was working in 9-7 PM work shift only. Being a global organization does not mean that employees and their personal lives and mental well-being are taken for granted.

...ey are welcome here. Students can join along with there education is good thing. Job security almost there if you wish to stay there (comfortable with minimum salary ) Desert mein paani pilane wale ..... Company acchi hai, management accha nahi hai. Jab aap financial crisis ya mentally tut chuke ho....Dusre job se hairan/depress ho gaye ho.... to WNS job de deti hai....Acchi baat hai. Jab mere pass job nahi thi tab WNS ne job diya....Thanks to WNS.

...compain against managers HR's are there to save Managers. No one cares employee. Ok salary to spend day to day kharche.... but forget about your dreams. baki toh salary dete hi companiya.... aapse kaam toh nikal hi lete hi hai Appraisal/promotion ka issue hai..... Growth nahi hai.....
