The name is there in the market but there is very less work life Ballance.

The company itself is not good to work. No work life balance. They play with your bonus out and give it as per their wish. Minimum duration for promotion is 4 years even if you perform good. Want you to work on weekends also

Great Learning as its a very hand-on environment. One gets to lead and his/her leadership qualities are tested and thereby harnessed Wide range of experience to choose from across multiple verticals and horizontals and also provides flexibility to move across departments right from Operations to multiple support teams

...t, not at all employee oriented, Management doesn't think of employees benefit. Performance bonus started but after a month suddenly they stopped and never paid tha bonus for that completed month.
