The only good thing about this organization is Hybrid Model

Dislikes

Appraisals and Bonus = The company is following this practice of delaying Bonus and increments in order to retain employees. Bonus is generally delayed by 1/2 months and Increment is delayed by 5-6 months (i.e almost 2 quarters) and no one is answerable for these delays.

...s extremely harsh intended to take maximum output with less than minimum wages . I have seen people working here for 5 year with less than 15k salary. very shocking
