Company is very big and one of the best and have a nice environment to work but it depends on people

...aks to employees on time and asking for extend sift daily no proper management.. also, my promised salary is 38k and it’s been 3 months I didn’t got the full salary as there are interlink permanent for getting full salary if you fail in one you’re not getting the promised amount. Systems in office are like trash it takes 10-15 minutes just to start the system i3 man come on it’s 2023 even my personal laptop has i5 and they expect employees to work fast as they can but that i3 is form 2017

I have worked for WNS for more than 3 years I have not got promoted or my salary got increased as per my performance as well as they have not given me my experience Latter while I was agreed to pay off my remaining days

The place has great environment and people to work with. Especially the LMN team.

...ded not to process my resignation correctly, resulting me to be an abscond case. I ended up with no salary and not having a job for over 4months now.

Work pressures are ok ok. A month in a whole year is what would be high pressure enviroment. Otherwise it's chill Job security is very high but problem with that is that even those not performing keep sailing thus making me feel performance is not very valued

Salary is quite low. There is hardly any skill development from the company.. its like throw them in the water and hope they swim. So all skill development will come if you take initiatives

False promises, wrong hiring, leadership not keeping their commitments and retaining stating that they will match salary and never matching it once you take back papers.
