There is no work life balance. Very rude mentality and behaviour of management. Salary not on time. They hold salary without any reason. Saturday-Sunday working without compensation or compoff.

They will include variable in CTC and will show high salary, but will give 30percent of Variable pay. They will imply bond on you when you join to give you training but will give no traing still enforce the bond when you leave. Cheats employee

...t of them where on bench for 4-5 months before getting job in different process. Salary on time. Supportive management not HR.

Dislikes

Biggest dislike is salary increment which is amongst lowest in the market. And one unprofessional law they have is they deduct Night shift allowance of 10 days in the name of donations every month compulsory. You cannot avoid that.

Good work environment and culture.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every yeay

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adress our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow

Job security is there. Even in covid situation there were no layoffs. Salary is always on time.

Bu finance dept is worst in terms of work life balance. You have to give up weekends and work. There is hell of pressure to do things told in last minute. Bonus they give only 50% what is agreed in ctc.
