...rship skills and bond with colleagues.Would like to add that working hours is 7.5hours but in many process they ask for OT they do pay additional but it's very conservative

The company has good employees and work culture is mid. Policies are flexed for employees with good regards and good working habits. Job security is good if you cross probation with good regards.

...s. Management can be coperative but the policies are not. HR tools are not good. Overtime pay is not even considered good. You are responsible for marking your own attendance in their HR portal where 2fa will be enabled and phones are not allowed on floor so you have to sacrifice your productive hours window just to login to HR portals.

...i-gov job, no micromanagement which makes the professional life easy to go thru. Job security, I received 14 months free salary due to process rampdown. Also after I left the job, I got extra lunpsum payout for the remaining leaves in my kitty. People are also good behavior wise.
