I work there for an year , all though it's quite good place to work, people working in wns Pune are more polite and manner full than the gurg oan. If I would have asked to be a part of Pune or the Mumbai team I would have never quit . There is person in Pune team named Amit Singh (a great man) Thanks wns A day i decided to join once again after few months I resin , I call a senior person to talk about it , having a thought ill be there for a long time either I will improve the management or my self .but people doesn't care once you left .

Dislikes

Cost cutting in few basic things , as I understand wns just needs to expend around 150rs /person in month to fix it .it's about GGN , not sure about Pune or Mumbai branch. Management , I Can't understand every thing is not possible but as per my understanding there is lot of things can be fixed without any investment , just needs to understand the need to manage or fix it .but no one care and being an employ we can directly reach to higher authority.

Dislikes

One side cab drop, not much salary, penny appraisals, less opportunity for promotions instead they do designation change so they don't have to increase salary, no meal or meal voucher.

The only good thing about this organization is Hybrid Model

Dislikes

Appraisals and Bonus = The company is following this practice of delaying Bonus and increments in order to retain employees. Bonus is generally delayed by 1/2 months and Increment is delayed by 5-6 months (i.e almost 2 quarters) and no one is answerable for these delays.
