Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 year before which you cannot resign. They support clients the most rather than supporting their own employees during the time of escalation eventhough the mistake is not from our end

freshers are even getting good salary, they are getting higher salary then 4.5 years experienced employee who is good in performance and productivity. WNS is good but not for employees benefits

...leave count will be added to them but for band B every month 1.75 will be added. Apart from this you wont get the pay what you thought you will get when you discuss while receiving offer.

It's really suitable for women as we can have good work life balance. Yearly compensation will be average and work culture is good.

There is a fixed amount as variable pay for everyone, but the issue is the variable pay as mentioned in your CTC will not be paid as it is based on employee performance. Every month you will be given a rating and variable pay will be given based on your monthly rating.

"On the positive side, there's a strong emphasis on staying away from office politics, which creates a more pleasant work environment. The team is generally great to work with, and collaboration is usually smooth. Of course, like any workplace, there are small issues here and there, but nothing that’s out of the ordinary."

"One major downside is that the salary you are offered when you join is the salary you’ll be stuck with. Don't expect any meaningful raises or salary increases in the years to come. It's disappointing to see little to no effort in rewarding employee growth or performance with appropriate compensation."
