Worklife balance is less, job security is ok

...k. Leave policy is also poor. Too much workload. Work culture could be improved.The salary structure is also not clear. The whole amount of PF is deducted from employee's salary only, whereas some amount should be paid by company. Even the processes followed are not standardized, and no improvement on automization, too much manual work.

...ible work environment. Team mates do not support at all. Worst company policies. Forget about salary hikes or bonus they do not even pay salary as per mentioned in offer letter.

No work life balance you have to extend for 2 to 3 hours daily after 9 hours of duty timings. The most terrible thing I have experienced is they do not pay salaries to new joinees as per decided during the interview and as mentioned in the offer letter.

apart from salary hike, this company does not provide a cup to drink water and I seriously mean it. I have just passed 2 weeks in this company and I feel like I am working in some local domestic company, The time you entered into this company you will feel like company only focus on cost cutting, smelly washroom with no basic hygiene no toilet roll, no fragnance spray, there is tea/coffee machine but no cups, you have to bring your own from home same goes for drinking water, you have to pay for the meal and even after paying you get cold rice and chapati, there is no professionalism in the management, Manager shout their associates in very rudely manner and even gave threat of firing employees, and management team is worst in this company here is one example my shift over at 3:30 Am and according to company policy all cab should be start moving at 4:00 AM but guess what we did not get the cab details even after 4:10 Am which should be given prior 2 hours before from logout shift timing as per their transport policy, which cause huge delay while leaving from the company. Think I can reach my home under 30 minutes but the cab itself take approximate 1 hour to leave the company location and if you guys are thinking that above all experience is limited to my process then you are in a big blunder my friend. I have a lot to written but this place is not enough to write. So Join this company at your own risk.

Work life balance need to encourage flexible working hours,provide resources for employee well being and recognise the importance of personal time also there are no sat-sun week offs no medi claim

Very very less Salary increase and transportation services is wrost. Few manager's behaviour not in good way with the team. Politics happening in the company. Partiality & favourability plays main role.
