Salary is low compare to other company. Policy are not good. And you have 3 month notice period also.career grow is very very slow. Dont stay more than 3year. Will always get low grade. And cheap salary hike.

The company is good, HR policy is good, Carrier growth is slow, less salary compare to other companies, not good project to work on new technologies and they don't have to intend to do so.

if you buttering to your manager then you will grow, otherwise, it doesn't matter how good you are in your skills. if you butter your Manager then you will grow even you don't have any skills

Working as Network Engineer you will get very good opportunity to get hands on multiple device platforms. Also the work load pushes you to learn the skills like patience, how to handle situation etc . One important thing want to share that even though you are as fresher you do not have any limitations for work space. Overall its excellent opportunity to work here

Compensation os decent but growth is slow.Also there is no on job training for freshers hence it may happened you to take step by step guidance most of time which is pain but its good thing too this makes you responsible person earliest

I was joined as fresher I have completed my MBA in system from Mumbai university and joined wns as IT engineer in IT security deoaryment and it's paid by third party which is very poor package 96000 per annum and work is nice but no personal life time after shift done need to do work from home there is no facility provide like laptops internet service we have to do our own .its very difficult to manage in very less package.Manager is so rude he didn't listen what we facing problem in work and ignore our suggetion and no job assurance and not getting enough pay. Management is very bad . There is no any motivate program for employee

apart from salary hike, this company does not provide a cup to drink water and I seriously mean it. I have just passed 2 weeks in this company and I feel like I am working in some local domestic company, The time you entered into this company you will feel like company only focus on cost cutting, smelly washroom with no basic hygiene no toilet roll, no fragnance spray, there is tea/coffee machine but no cups, you have to bring your own from home same goes for drinking water, you have to pay for the meal and even after paying you get cold rice and chapati, there is no professionalism in the management, Manager shout their associates in very rudely manner and even gave threat of firing employees, and management team is worst in this company here is one example my shift over at 3:30 Am and according to company policy all cab should be start moving at 4:00 AM but guess what we did not get the cab details even after 4:10 Am which should be given prior 2 hours before from logout shift timing as per their transport policy, which cause huge delay while leaving from the company. Think I can reach my home under 30 minutes but the cab itself take approximate 1 hour to leave the company location and if you guys are thinking that above all experience is limited to my process then you are in a big blunder my friend. I have a lot to written but this place is not enough to write. So Join this company at your own risk.
