Cheap food in cafeteria..average food quality.

Dislikes

Salary is poor for freshers. The HR tries to give you the lowest CTC possible after informing earlier that you would get more but later on they will say whether you have any other offers after getting selected.

The only good thing about this organization is Hybrid Model

Dislikes

Appraisals and Bonus = The company is following this practice of delaying Bonus and increments in order to retain employees. Bonus is generally delayed by 1/2 months and Increment is delayed by 5-6 months (i.e almost 2 quarters) and no one is answerable for these delays.

If you are a fresher you can start your career with it. There is no growth in terms of salary and promotion. The work culture is good but if you want good growth you need to switch the company.
