Biggest dislike is salary increment which is amongst lowest in the market. And one unprofessional law they have is they deduct Night shift allowance of 10 days in the name of donations every month compulsory. You cannot avoid that.

... m overqualified also I have been taken on contract while I was said I m onroll. Also the salary... It was offered 13k inhand and I m receiving only 10k.. I m doing the same customer care thing which I was trying to avoid. So if anyone is gonna come here pls do clarify things and say things strictly.

Worst environment of company, management, salary not good for deserving employees, favouritism in promotion, toxic environment, work pressure, no proper training material to deliver new joiners.

... Growth is done only whn IJP comes that too if we move to other team if not our Destination remain same * Having no hike in salary * Having no any gifts/Vouchers or Sweet box to the Employees for Dasara or Deepavali Festival

The only good thing about this organization is Hybrid Model

Appraisals and Bonus = The company is following this practice of delaying Bonus and increments in order to retain employees. Bonus is generally delayed by 1/2 months and Increment is delayed by 5-6 months (i.e almost 2 quarters) and no one is answerable for these delays.
