...t the end of month they said we cant hire you becasue your formalities not done. No salary was given. I asked them which formalities? and they went all numb.

No work life balance, Over pressure less salary. If performance is well too, you will not get proper hike% if you aren't in lobby preference though you are clients favourite. Overtime work without any OT or leave bonuses.
