Company culture is amazing and allows you to contact anyone regardless of their level or status. The training and upskilling sessions, while intensive, actually grow our knowledge base bringing more skills to our resume.

...is period, Wishup supported and assisted me in my quest to acquire a new client. Notably, I continued to receive my base salary during this period. As a result of this support, I'm currently associated with the best client ever, from whom I'm constantly learning.

Dislikes

-A structured path for career advancement is currently absent within the organization, apart from the situations in which a client personally promotes you within their organization or facilitates training in emerging technologies or responsibilities. -This is an isolated incident and not representative of a common occurrence: I found myself in an unfortunate circumstance in which a colleague who was working along with me for a client, was individually recruited by the client. Consequently, both the client and my colleague chose to depart from Wishup. This development resulted in the loss of my client and a subsequent delay in my performance evaluations.

Nothing but the so called WFH. They will ask you to install a software to take note of the time in the laptop that you have to have, and with the internet that you pay for. No rewards, no recognition. They have a fabulous linkedin presence and all that is said on Linkedin to prove how good they are is a Big Fat Lie.

Dislikes

Everything from culture to salary. It's not like Vivek and Nilesh( IIT and IIM alumni and Founders) do not know this. They know, but they don't care about the employees anymore. What started as a beautiful dream has turned disastrous nightmare. Kindly treat your employees as human beings and also have some integrity. Words should be your bond. Always trying to find loopholes, you would be saving a few bucks here and there, but you are losing credibility.

Wishup is an excellent company where all employees get a chance to show their skills and put in their best foot forward. There is no pressure from our seniors and as a matter of fact from the founders. They personally make sure to appreciate our work and when at fault they give us a chance to rectify it too. Never in any company I have worked so far where the employees can interact with the founders. On our special days like our birthdays, we get best wishes from the company through a cake sent to our residences since we are working remotely. These small gestures mean a lot.

Dislikes

Hell yeah, Wishup is an excellent company, no complaints no regrets.
