Great work culture! You are your own manager in the sense there is very little micro-managing. Permanent WFH! As long as your client is happy with your work and you are consistent with your deliverables, you should be good. They have a very nice R&R. TGIF sessions are done. Helps you unwind at the end of a busy week. All local/public holidays are given by default!

Dislikes

Nothing major so far. At times you may feel "siloed" but that's by design. There will be days where you might be overburdened with work. But there will low days too, so it balances out quite nicely

There's nothing to like about. It's a fake company.

A long list of dislikes. This company doesn't have sound people for hiring and doesn't have much in process. It's a commision based job and contract position. Until you do the job you won't get paid. You've to beg for leaves and no PF. They keep you in dark for your payout details and job detail
