Only Salary they pay on time,, I worked 1.6 years without appraisal

I Lost my 15+ Years carrier after joining Wipro as a Team lead. They just take you immediately when they have requirements and they will push you on bench when they want. You wont get a single replacement option even though you have a long experience. They focus only locals like kollkata team will safe there staff, chennai will safe their staff and I am from Visakhapatnam so no one will talk about you. From Visakhaptnam almo they fired 400+ employees. That to many of them are in bench in the joining date . That means wipros wfm and hiring team are very poor. They dont know exact howmany staff required including buffetstaf.

... for Job Security and learning for upskills. I can't comment on Career growth. Company follow policies in terms of benefits and compensation. Company provides an option to work in weekends or holidays in case of huge volume / task.

I have 2.9 years experience in previous organisation after that I'm joined this company here also they giving same package even 10% hike also they not given

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent.

Management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 02 years

My first job offer from Wipro after my Graduation its a very good opportunity , where it comes to work culture its very pleasant to work over and i got a chance to learn different process in Accounts payable. I can proudly say that iam one of the team member to be part in ARIBA testingonly one
