It is a great organisation to work with. Growth opportunities are also good but only problem is with the salary structure. I don't know about others but the pay is very less compared to other companies. The saddest part is employees leave Wipro because of the salary and join other company for a better salary. Once they have served minimum days at work they try to get back to Wipro as external hire for a better deal. Wipro should do something about it

Completely horror show in GDO account. No transparency in management. Few lazy individuals how are being in account like more than 10+ yrs they are leading the account like their own business. HR 👎🏻 HR never care about the employee concern where found managers are arrogant in work culture. More over HR is most active on raising PIP and PAP rather than findings and understanding.

Gives very less salary compared to other organizations. As a post graduate me who working in the organization felt many times that for the sum of salary I'm working more than 13-14 hrs with transport. How many years you work you only get less hike. The company doesn't give money as per living standard of the city.

Work from Office presure, no proper facilities in campus and outside. Salary is not decided according to study and experience. Using us as a labour showing appraisal and mtech for wilp candidates. Working for 10 hrs in office and 3 hrs in cab including buffer time. Wilp program is very stressful compared to Work in project.
