They can put you in any project regardless of your skills & background. Then you have to adjust and settle. Then suddenly it can happen that your project is going to end then move to check for another. These ratings belongs to delivery kind of project where I need to work with pre-sales team and architect for the bidding of the new projects. A lot of uncertainty here like if projects come then ok otherwise u will be unbilled and need to search for immediate opportunity.

45 days paid bench policy after that no pay off and u could be suddenly removed. Or u want then u can stay for next three month without pay and look for the project. Sudden termination: Some day Hr will come and say that, u r highly paid as per your experience regardless of your niche skills. They will ask u to resign saying that we are correcting our heairachy and that's why we are removing you.

Good company if you are offered a good package while joining. Never expect too much from Hike from promotion and hike cycles. Work life balance depends on the projects, we can take work from home when needed.

...pany as i got project i had better opportunities, skills and technology as well. but most of the employees i saw are frustred and are not doing anything or are on loss of pay due to know work. so if you are getting any work. work passionately and be honest woth your job.

Hr of wipro is worse , not even listening, when we want some clarification they started shouting,Work from home is closed, Which is essential for day to day life, to maintain life balance between work and family. On time of joining hr talk politely and after they are treated as slave.

Work culture -Spirit of wipro is followed and inculcated in all the employees. Great opportunities provided to Wasians and Wistaites to work and learn and also pursue their PG degrees from VIT Vellore and Bits Pilani.

Dislikes

No fair promotion opportunities, Granting salary hike is biased from practice. Promotions are not based on work in project but rather based on practice contributions and on the "will" of higher managers working in practice.
