...astic comments from your boss everyday No appreciation and recognition is there No Diwali gifts or bonus No EOY gifts No one respects the other person You will feel like a classroom because your supervisors will make you sit according to them only One cannot talk to another employee as it shows people do not have work Very pathetic working environment and management is worst WFH will never be provided no matter if you are hospitalized or there's a death in your family or government order is there for WFH due to any reason. Employee has to work from office only They treat employees very badly

No support for new employees, hire to put people on bench, no senior supports team members, lot of politics, senior people enjoying big salary and putting new people in PIP and without project to get terminated....never join this company

...ply terminate you without listening and understanding your concerns or requests. Recently there is a LOP (loss-of-pay) policy which treats employees very bad and even though there is lack of projects for lower band people, HR will not listen your request and simply ignore us. There is nothing like career growth at Wipro. Not at all recommended for freshers especially who aspire to grow more and wants to get good hike and package.

Nothing, worked 7 years under a manager with no promotion no growth no salary hike , even though generated so much revenue for account with handling 15 member team for 4 years.. finally they say good bye..better know when to quit, hard work intelligence doesn't matter always

It's a toxic work culture where people are promoted based on their region , language, my north indian manager promoted couple of guys from his hometown and even got them H1B , I140 approval , while the hardworking and talented individuals from south continue to keep working and are rarely considered...keep pushing your manager for something after so many years in the account, all you will get is a rotation policy based release from account...learn how to hold a bucket else you will get lost in this vast and corrupt corporate world..

...u to handle team citing your experience and make you to work for 20 hours a day. Even people with higher career band who are having more salary as that of you will be working under you as Individual Contributers and enjoying their life while you will be working day and night.
