1. No salary increments 2. Getting progression is getting CEO job 3. No importance to seniors unlike other companies 4. Only 8 days of leave we carry forward every year. If you work for 10 years maximum leave I can accumulate is only 30 days. God only knows the calculations 4 Qplc u cannot depend. For seniors it is like one month salary.
