So many things , salary and tricks not to give rise, age old employees who have non idea because they are there because of erstwhile senior employees leaving, there is silent racism in europe , code of conduct takes no action . Favorites never turn up to work despite wfo policy, business HRs do not understand industry requirement , incompetent overtime compensation and comp off policy. I hope you get this it is not vendetta but reality

There salary structure is very poor. 15% variable is there and average you will get max 50% of that amount however company is performing well then also. means total loss and disappointment.

...hike and if you will ask they will put you on bench saying project budget issue. Only 45 days paid bench period and then complete loss of pay.
