...ithout any ctc upgradation and bench pool is too much high than other companies. Employees are taking salary for two after that if they are not able to be placed then HR will tell for resignation.

Bench pool is too much high and employees are ask for resignation if not placed after 2 months during bench period also employees are moved to different location without ctc hike.

Work environment and culture is built by the employees only not by employer. If employees including managers are good then the company automatically becomes good by environment and culture. Job security is best here and many new things to learn and different courses that you can access and learn.

Dislikes

More benefits should be given to employees. Bonus is not here which I think according to me is disappointing. I work as a senior executive in accounts payable domain , so in my domain bonus and incentives are not there. I can't comment on rest of the process.

...ised from my end. Very less/no perks and benefits on relocation to tier 1 city. Very less pay compared to work.

Not enough compensation, strict work from home policies, work life balance going off, too much manual work. Need for automation

I have been working since 2019 and today my salary is 20000, i don't get paid enough considering my work. I have been leading a team and my salary is 20000. This is not enough for our day to day life. Also i have applied for salary advance which got rejected even though I have shared the admission form with them. Also the transport system is worst. I live in Moshi and I'm the one who is for moshi and they mapp the employee who live in Chinchwad gao it takes me 1.25 hrs to reach home.

Salary, Have applied for salary advance and got rejected, Wipro need fees receipt, you need Money to pay the fees so that you can have the receipt. No use of these policies when they can't help employees
