Salary was sent it was good. Appraisal was not that good.

Hike in salary, Micro Management, Non Supporting Management, No similar work type/profile found in other companies, Selfish Management only think to grow and growing there’s own relatives with good amount of packages. Favouritism.

Dislikes

First reason very less for payscale for freshers compared to other organizations. Very less appraisals and hikes. Casuals environment no enthusiasm at all just like government job. Employees have to pay PF for them as well for company. Less care about employee.
