New manager Team lead, who don't even know how to handle a team No opportunity No salary hike Micro management No leaves even if there is an emergency No point of contact Worst and mainly no hr is available if you have any concerns Everyone is playing politics and the upper management is there to save Manager who is working under them Not at all a employee centric organization Infact the client was much more better that Wipro management Nobody will guide you about the procedure of growth opportunities within wipro

Nothing because management works as dictatorship over there.. Will stand on your head and ask you to work staying all night alone in office. Cox other shift members are working in day shift

Too much pressure and dictatorship by management where they'll cut your salary without valid justification stating business loss

Bad work life balance, very bad compensation, feels like working more for a very less pay. No proper annual hike . Due to delayed hikes and less compensation, it feels like you are stuck here in a loop , the work gets more but not the salary. Minimal perks. Availing compensatory offs on the day we like is not possible (which is the point of a compoff when working on a public holiday/festival) It will be nice if there will be appreciation (not just only through mails but also in annual reviews) for employees. Wipro being top Indian MNC , would be nice if the above aspects are taken care of. The above are the main reasons for me to leave the company (even though I did not have another job ready in hand)

...ironment is also too bad.It only thinking of customer never thinks of employees.Coming to the appraisal or salary hike it's like making fool of the employees working day and night over there,when it comes for the appraisal they start crying from January month only so that they don't gonna give more salary hike to employees.In future if I get any offer from this organization.I will never accepts it.

The growth is very slow.The work pressure is very high.Managers,Hr or the company never values you till the time you are benefited to them.The day you refuses the manager and supervisor that is the day comes taking out all ur data like login hrs, breaks etc.Appreciation emails , recognition and appraisal rating never been noticed and given any opportunities to the employees in organization.Politics is going inside using the policies and HR also involves and supporting the employees for the same.If they wanna sue someone then they are making the use of policy.It is the worst company for any person who is looking for career and safe future.

- Our project is Technical but Wipro decided to have a manager from BPO and he make the project worst - Internal polictics is at it's high here - Biased Manager - Zero support from HR and other upper hierarchy - I would have rated 5 but just because of manager, it is 2 now
