I am proud to be the part of Wipro. It was great experience working in Wipro. Teammate were good and supportive. Learning in Wipro was vast.

Salary was sent it was good. Appraisal was not that good.

Very bad. Salary Cut doing first 3 months. Unnecessary lay off doing in this situation. Till not get salary of july. Hr also not able to answer why my salary is stuck. My job was taken away. After working for 4 yeras don't accept this kind of behavior.

It is a fantastic company to work at and provides an ample amount of scope to grow

Dislikes

First reason very less for payscale for freshers compared to other organizations. Very less appraisals and hikes. Casuals environment no enthusiasm at all just like government job. Employees have to pay PF for them as well for company. Less care about employee.
