Seriously not much is there to be liked expect the dreams that they tell you before the highring.

Dislikes

There is no proper salary given to the employee, fake promises made by the operations, you could not take any leaves otherwise you will be documented or would be terminated.. There is nothing to like in the wipro, bad shift timing in fact during winter they want you to be inside the permisis by 7'o clock hard and fast otherwise you will be documented by the HR. Shortage in working hours leds to half day marked. Poor supervisors are there, heavy salary deductions and no one will be awensarawable for that. There is kind of decriminalisation between bands. The managers shows the attitude and have a arrogant behaviour. Facts will be prove fake by the higher authorities and they never let you speak or understand the circumstances. Support system also tell that in from of them there are so many prople to convince so, they just let it go what is wrong.

I liked the name Wipro ,big MNC, renowned company, when someone heard,I was working in Wipro,their expression was just WOW. Wipro building, campus are beautiful.

Dislikes

I was totally disappointed for their work culture and salary package, I don't know about IT but BPS (mainly US healthcare process) is worst. Tremendous work pressure but salary is less than 11k. Employees(US health process) are supposed to work more than 14 to 15 hours per day,even they are supposed to work in week off days, because in the US health process there is target pressure. Team leader,manager are not co-operative.

As a fresher I started work at wipro, for the choosing the good carrier path I can say wipro is the best ...and im glad to work with such a good team ,TL and manager they were very supportive in work. Even though a lot of work pressure we have to complete the work. Transport team was very good they respond to us very immediately if any issue occurred and good job security.

Dislikes

Package is low they say we have increment for every year ..yes they do but max 10%-20%. Major problem is though we have good skills at work and exp this package effects us to the further company hirings they will not give much package bcz our last CTC And targets also very high in wipro and more work pressure they will not understand our mental health condition they just want their work should be done and targets to be meet at the time lines.

Company is not that bad but management in Kolkata is pathetic.

Dislikes

For a fresher, it is ok to join for experience. Compensation is really low. I personally could not find any work/life balance, nor job satisfaction.

Everything is okay..but never join CHC (Change health care) process. Your life will become hell.

Timings, nonsense things, poor management, salary, unnecessary pressure, your managers will manipulate you for more unnecessary outcome or we can say target.
