...ribute money for office party. 5. No festive gifts, bonus , nothing is there. 6. Excessive salary Deductions. 7. 3rd class management, your manager or your senior will release their frustration on whatsapp call, so that you can't record it. 8. Plaster of office building starts peeling off during Storms (Noida office) 9. Excessive travelling time of Cabs. Cab Driver will arrive at your place on 3:20 PM and will drop you to the office on 4:20 PM (*If you are working in 5:30 pm to 3:00 am Shift). 10. No annual salary hike. They offer only 3% salary hike after completing 18 months in the company. 11. One year service Bond is also there for freshers. 12. They make their employee work like a bonded labour. 13. Completely night shift for US processes, but they do not offer any Night Allowances. 14. They ask their employees for extra hours login and on weekends as well. 15. 3rd class desktops, they use very old laptops as a CPU for desktop. Also they tie these laptops with the table. 16. They do not provide leaves easily. 17. You have to complete 2 day's work in 1 day if you have taken 1 day leave. 18. Seniors are completely Non-Supportive. 19. Process Training program is completely Junked. They will provide only one time process training and also you have no rights to record the training session. After completing the training, if you ask any doubts during processing something, they will never help you. 20. Once, i took 1 day sick leave as my health was not so good that day to come to office, so my dear manager ask me to send the Medical Certificate only for just 1 day leave.

Dislikes

Company has a very bad work culture. Poor Management, Less salary, No hikes. They are biased towards toxic people. No growth. Overall if I had less than one star I would have given that.

Dislikes

No work life balance, Salary is low and internal lateral movement without our confirmation and no hike, role is shifted completely what was discussed during joining, Shift timing (Night shift) change what discussed during interview (Day shift) without night shift allowance, during joining said both side transport now after movement only one side transport, role not exactly defined.
