During my initial days at TCS, I used to like doing my work. But the work remained same, and learned no new things in so many years. Medical facility is the best in the industry.

Dislikes

1) Growth for non-developers is very low, 2) Compensation is pathetic, 3) Policies - be it HR, or promotion or band or increments every year it keeps on deteriorating, 4) Supervisors - hardly a few are helpful can be counted in numbers, rest all are working as a govt job or personal firm culture

...ision-making is slow due to bureaucracy. ✓Roles can become repetitive over time. ✓ Variable pay may not always meet expectations. ✓Project allocation can be delayed or mismatched. ✓Onsite opportunities may not be equally accessible. ✓Some projects lack cutting-edge technology.

Likes

Tcs will provide employees lot of learning opportunities and job security.

Dislikes

Salary hike is very bad. Like in 5 6 years also there will be no significant changes in your salary slip. No bonus or gift cards. No recognition of good work. Internal politics will hamper productivity. And the worst thing now is WFO without fail or else salary will be deducted.

Best place to experience person, if you not want work in pressure than this company is your type.

Salary growth is very low as compared other bpo company for freshers and experience employees politics they think that we are the only boss

While I appreciate the opportunity and the great team I work with in TCS, the salary is really below industry standard.
