Project pipeline is limited ,you may have challenges getting projects of you want to continue onsite ,salary and compensation below industry standards , unless you have a big boss's hand on your shoulders , you will not get anything.

I like the Infrastructure and Compensation in Wipro. I like the Interview selection process in Wipro.

Dislikes

I will never recommend Wipro to anyone as I had worst experience within 3 months of joining. They did not allocate the project as per my skills and expertise and they compelled me to accept the project work. I resigned in 3 months.

Gives very less salary compared to other organizations. As a post graduate me who working in the organization felt many times that for the sum of salary I'm working more than 13-14 hrs with transport. How many years you work you only get less hike. The company doesn't give money as per living standard of the city.
