First reason very less pay scale for fresher compared to other organisations. very less appraisals and Hike casual environment. no enthusiasm at all.

Good work experience and our team. Teammates, and management are transparent. Company salary is very much and growth & improve our employees life carrer. Every year increase salary and bonus.

The company management and policies are good but bond of 2years before not resign. This bond type dont like employees our career some fault. And new comers not given training priord.

... career growth after BCA, BSc don't come here at all as Wase Wims scholar They are sucking blood out of you in low salary with no promotion with 5 years of band And after completing 5 years no skills no outside jobs outside you will be stuck here for lifetime

...ainance for lifts. Not a single thing in this company make you motivate to work. HR tells you whatever salary we will provide you will have to take at HR round. No negotiation. They don't even offer better salary for critical process.

...hike and if you will ask they will put you on bench saying project budget issue. Only 45 days paid bench period and then complete loss of pay.
