The pay is very low compared to the work they expect from us. The growth opportunities are very less and alot of politics is involved. If you're fresher don't believe your offer letter until they onboard you because they did onboard us on half of the CTC they previously offered.

...l, wipro is one of the third class company which should not be called as an MNC. They stop your salary once you come in a free pool and don't get a project in 45 days. They give you time to look for a project for upto 120 days and doesn't even provide you the salary for 120 days and then make you resign providing the 3 months salary. Indirectly, they are your 1 month salary and doesn't even pay for 3 months notice period salary. On top of that they provided a bonus of 1 lakh if a person doesn't resign in two yrs from that bonus, and now when they made you resign, they took that 1 lakh rupees back from final settlement. Is this a behaviour any MNC should show?

Learning is 0 , they make you go for training but doesn't take you in projects based on trainings.

Monotonous Job if I are having some skills and are working on a single repetitive tasks

...d, If you ask early release they'll not give , Treats it's employees expendable. Ask employees to go above and beyond but the company itself doesn't pay for that. Asks unnecessary Loyalty where they themselves are just ...... I never recommend anyone to join this company.

First of all it was my first company so i was glad and will have a special place for wipro in my heart.

After spending 2 years , i didn't get promoted. From the day i was hired till a month before i resign i was on the same package. There appraisal is very slow and almost negotiable.

...% hike. Get Promotion to Lead and above (Architect/PM) is extremely difficult. You will hardly get full variable pay. Only Suggestion is not to stay there for long time if you want growth.

Dislikes

Salary hike is very poor even if rating is excellent for back to back three years. Appraisal is totally dependent on 1 person i.e Delivery Manager. Even if you raise your voice, nothing will happen. HR is just a expectator i.e. they will follow management.
