Work experience in wipro was good, it was a great learning affair under the best Managers guidence. Collaborating with enthusiastic fellow team mates was simply amazing..

Salary is decent, but growth is slow.

It's a nice experience, salary is very low and working time was from 8.30 to 6pm. No career growth as we r from apex consultancy. Most of the salary will be taken by them. It's purely on contract basis so no value for ur hardworking and dedication. Even if we extend our working hours also no OT will be provided. Overall from wipro side we r satisfied but then take employers from consultants and they will grab all the money from us.

Dislikes

Salary was 6.5k per month, work wise very strict only half an hour time fr lunch no other resting time in between break for 5min. Most of the team lead are of flirt character. If we didn't agree fr them they will target us to find some mistakes and make it highlight and make us discomfort to work there. Many of the female employees will be adjusted to the team lead to take advantage of nominations for being core employees. Few things are really worst to share. So left the job in wipro, Dell project

As a basic entry level its good for getting experienced and learning more about corporate.

Dislikes

The only dislike I have is salary issue, Wipro is paid very less when compared to other companies who are aligned for the same job role.

This organisation invests a lot in upskilling employees. You will have Job Security. No compromises on non-compliance & POSH

Dislikes

Lot of extra hours. Poor salaries. Peanuts in names of appraisals. Performance bonus is turned into retention bonus.

If you want to start your career in MNC then you can go for it. Job security is there which is important for most of the professionals

Dislikes

Salary is less, Work load is there, there aren't giving laptops for some processes you need to go office every day which is challenging. Favouritism is a part of this organisation's culture.
