So many projects are there all work are distributed.. good work environment some team members are helpful. Hike are not that much impressive and no bonus.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent.

Worklife balance is better in Wipro not like other service line companies

Salary revisions, how hard you work doesn’t matter if you join from a low payed organization you will never match with industrial staandards. I am working for the 4th year now as per industrial standards the wage is way more than double of what I am getting.(Though I am a critical resource for the project). Requested multiple time for a salary standardisation nothing works do switch that is the only option .

I like the Infrastructure and Compensation in Wipro. I like the Interview selection process in Wipro.

Dislikes

I will never recommend Wipro to anyone as I had worst experience within 3 months of joining. They did not allocate the project as per my skills and expertise and they compelled me to accept the project work. I resigned in 3 months.

Team mates and project manager is good and supportive. I have some issues at home medically also 1 year baby but still I am able to manage the work. Its because of the team we have.

The only thing I dislike is we dont have good salary benefits here. Apart from this everything is ok.

In Wipro they won't respect employee feelings if you have project then it's fine otherwise they won't pay you after 90 days they will send you our as a freshman don't join.
