I hv been working with the group since last 8 years. During my tenure the work culture/ environment, work life balance was adequate. This company awards you freedom of work and provides ample of opportunities to grow as a person. This is much of an institution for growth and prosperity. Lastly, the salaries at par with the peers in the industry and yes on time.

...very accepting. Wipro respects every person also supporting the LGBTQ community. The company provides compensation and support for its employees in every way possible. Employees can also pursue their career cross-sectional, for e.g. if you entered the company as an Customer Service Associate, you can also switch your position as an HR given you have the required qualifications and availability of posts.

Currently, compensation and benefits are limited to the immediate family, i.e.. spouse and children, but if Wipro can consider parents for unmarried employees, it would be wonderful.

To be honest I worked in 4 multiple service based mnc's and every MNC is better than wipro. There is not even a single ooint which I like while working in Wipro.
