Only the salary hike was good. I changed from cognizant to wipro. I was a fresher in CTS . I received good hike in Wipro that's it. Rest all other things were so bad here.

Dislikes

No job security. They will fire you immediately if you will not act in their accordance. No supportive staff and management. If for god sake you want a half day of temporary wfh for a day or two. They will fire you or keep you on bench.

1. Loss of pay if you don't have a project. 2. Promotions were bad, cannot expect good hikes. Can't understand on what basis promotions were given. No proper communication. 3. Favouritism.

Good company if you are offered a good package while joining. Never expect too much from Hike from promotion and hike cycles. Work life balance depends on the projects, we can take work from home when needed.
