My experience is good so far because I am working at a client location and then working from home, never worked at Wipro campuses. I enjoy other benefits because of working at a client location, We don't get any perks and food from Wipro. Based on my other parameters It is overall good company. For freshers just take enough exp and leave it.

I Lost my 15+ Years carrier after joining Wipro as a Team lead. They just take you immediately when they have requirements and they will push you on bench when they want. You wont get a single replacement option even though you have a long experience. They focus only locals like kollkata team will safe there staff, chennai will safe their staff and I am from Visakhapatnam so no one will talk about you. From Visakhaptnam almo they fired 400+ employees. That to many of them are in bench in the joining date . That means wipros wfm and hiring team are very poor. They dont know exact howmany staff required including buffetstaf.

Only the salary hike was good. I changed from cognizant to wipro. I was a fresher in CTS . I received good hike in Wipro that's it. Rest all other things were so bad here.

Dislikes

No job security. They will fire you immediately if you will not act in their accordance. No supportive staff and management. If for god sake you want a half day of temporary wfh for a day or two. They will fire you or keep you on bench.

* It is a well known brand global firm and job security. *Good productivity at work and best empolyees freindly helping to one other. * It provides well high skilled trainers and many opportunities to capture. * During pandemic period delicate work life balance.

*First reason, very less payscale for freshers compared to other organizations *Very less appraisals and hikes. *Casual Environment just lika government job *Employees have to pay PF for them as well for Company
