They were providing access to paid study contents but we have raise a request to get the same like udmey

...e effort to the core project doesn't matter unlucky in my 3 years of experience I never see any hike in my salary so called MSI Before joining they promised us Bonus+yearly hike so we thought for long-term Wipro would be good for career but reality it's entirely opposite Bonus momey which we are receiving the same amount have to repayed if we relieving the company before 2 years on the date of bonus Basically a contract

Company culture, skills development and learning will be there, Work satisfaction, everything except salary.

Dislikes

Salary growth won't be there for the long timers that is not only in Wipro. Which will be there in all service based company until we do a jump. There won't be any financial growth

Just I like wipro campus ....nothing else.

1.There is no Birthday/anniversary gift 2.Even DIWALI Bonus & sweets also not offer 3.Not a single Trip arranged 4.Reagarsibg work....If u on bench for longer time then there is LOP.

...here is room for improvement in how long-term employees are valued and rewarded. If you're seeking salary hikes and promotions, it may be advisable to consider other opportunities after a relatively short tenure, perhaps around 2 years. Its essential for the company to refine its talent identification process and provide opportunities for employees who have been already trained in a new technologies, even if they are on bench, waiting for a suitable project. This approach would encourage employee growth and development. In conclusion, it is my hope that Wipro can futher enhance its policies and practices to create a more satisfying and conductive work environment for longterm employees, enabling them to thrive and contribute effectively.
