The only likeable thing in wipro kolkata is when your shift ends and you realise you can go to your home now.

...s though in your HR round it will be mentioned it is not a target based job. 7. I know Kolkata is cheap in terms of lifestyle but hello!! One can't just pay an employee 10000 rupees. We are employees not a 15 year old kid. ( and dont worry half of your money will go when transport won't be arranged and people in your group will force you to pay for birthdays) 8. It is a hell on loose. Please dont join there no matter what. It can squeeze you to death.

...s employee friendly facilities and immense opportunity to grow with the company. However the compensation is low as compare to other companies. Wipro should concentrate on employee compensation and benifit.

Wipro is my first organisations and am very happy with organisations structure, career growth plans, work environment, innovation , training & learnings but there is work life Balance. Too much work pressure on everyone.

Only thing which i donot like about Wipro would be..the salary/compensation which they provide at every level be it for external candidates or internal employees after promotion/pms is very very low. Hence they are unble to retain talent.

Absolutely nothing. Its a pathetic company to work with. Growth is too slow, salary is too less. Information about salary is kept hidden from the employees at the beginning. If the company decides to cut costs, they become very rude and office politics changes to next level to make sure you can't survive in the company. In the name of change management, they will bring a new leader who will start firing people, in the name of change!

There is really nothing much to like about working with Wipro. 1. Salary gets credited on time. 2. Both side cab at Airoli West, Wipro.

Dislikes

1. The salary is too low. 2. The internal politics that happen with freshers in some teams is extreme, and I have been a victim of it. 3. The top-level management is the worst. My manager is such a perv, always biased towards female colleagues.
