...every steps they interfare and ruin you work balance. No promotion no Increment. Management try to reduce your salary. You can see you package will increase but reduce you in hand salary. Any time management fire you without any reason when they need to reduce FT.

Worst management ever. They don't care about employees. They just know their profits and cost cutting.Our Assistant management is biased one. There is a TL who doesn't have any knowledge regarding process. And allocate his work among the employees. Don't even know how to write a e-mail. Assistant manager play favourite game. I think wipro should hire more qualified people for managerial position.pl PLEASE HIRE QUALIFIED PEOPLE WHO KNOWS THE THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL LIFE AND HAVE SOME DOMAIN KNOWLEDGE AND TEAM HANDLING SKILLS. Toxic work place. Office politics etc. Unhealthy work environment.

The most important thing which I am not liking here is there is no salary slab. There should be a slab for all the levels.. one having experience of 1 year can't be hired for high package and designation until n unless he or she is having any extra degree/certification

I dislike this company , always tensions for working , no working culture , internal politics so much , salary as avergage , termination at any time without any reason , there is no good relation between each employee . VERY BAD COMPANY
