Work culture -Spirit of wipro is followed and inculcated in all the employees. Great opportunities provided to Wasians and Wistaites to work and learn and also pursue their PG degrees from VIT Vellore and Bits Pilani.

Dislikes

No fair promotion opportunities, Granting salary hike is biased from practice. Promotions are not based on work in project but rather based on practice contributions and on the "will" of higher managers working in practice.

Skill development intern of the trainings being provided. You can learn many things.

...perspective and no employee benefits.No cabs being provided,no Proper increment. No Proper compensation for weekend and holiday work

... career growth after BCA, BSc don't come here at all as Wase Wims scholar They are sucking blood out of you in low salary with no promotion with 5 years of band And after completing 5 years no skills no outside jobs outside you will be stuck here for lifetime

...ply terminate you without listening and understanding your concerns or requests. Recently there is a LOP (loss-of-pay) policy which treats employees very bad and even though there is lack of projects for lower band people, HR will not listen your request and simply ignore us. There is nothing like career growth at Wipro. Not at all recommended for freshers especially who aspire to grow more and wants to get good hike and package.

To be honest I worked in 4 multiple service based mnc's and every MNC is better than wipro. There is not even a single ooint which I like while working in Wipro.

...fice. Now all are coming but they dont have sitiing space and parking space. 3. Unnessarily salary deductions of small amount from your salary on the sake of wipro policy. 4. Without any consent opd medical charges will deduct from your salary. 5. Full of politics.
