Salary not on time, bad management, claim process is too long n not on time, eorking condition is also not good.

- Our project is Technical but Wipro decided to have a manager from BPO and he make the project worst - Internal polictics is at it's high here - Biased Manager - Zero support from HR and other upper hierarchy - I would have rated 5 but just because of manager, it is 2 now

...edge on the name of work they do internal politics. which ruins employee future. Also compensation wipro provide is not sufficient as per market price

I didn’t like anything in the Wipro new rules also worest they are not giving the salary after 45 days when you are not in the project from the new rules so I am not recommended to work in this type of company so don’t work in it please go in another company

...ned to HR but she said you change the mind this was the wonderful words from HR.they are not supportive just puppets in the management my suggestion is you don’t go to the Wipro company my main concern is they are given the salary if you are not in the project so think thrice when you go to the wipro

The work environment is good. Proper trainings were given related to the work.

...enced that, I have really worked hard. But I have received the default rating(i.e: 3), which has impacted my salary structure. I didn't liked this. My suggestion is please give the appropriate rating as per the candidates hardwork,otherwise they will feel low. This is the Only thing I just want to convey.
