Timely training are arranged for upgrading variuos skill. Colleagues are from different cultural backgrounds, but together we work happily. It is good experience work with such a big organization.

Work pressure is too high and compensation is decent. Managers do not value an individuals unquie strengths. I am a partner resource and work on client side and as per client i m capable of becoming lead but higher management does want to do so.

...ainance for lifts. Not a single thing in this company make you motivate to work. HR tells you whatever salary we will provide you will have to take at HR round. No negotiation. They don't even offer better salary for critical process.

No support for new employees, hire to put people on bench, no senior supports team members, lot of politics, senior people enjoying big salary and putting new people in PIP and without project to get terminated....never join this company

...ply terminate you without listening and understanding your concerns or requests. Recently there is a LOP (loss-of-pay) policy which treats employees very bad and even though there is lack of projects for lower band people, HR will not listen your request and simply ignore us. There is nothing like career growth at Wipro. Not at all recommended for freshers especially who aspire to grow more and wants to get good hike and package.
