Team mates and project manager is good and supportive. I have some issues at home medically also 1 year baby but still I am able to manage the work. Its because of the team we have.

The only thing I dislike is we dont have good salary benefits here. Apart from this everything is ok.

Salary on time . Incentive will be given to 10/1500 employees.

So job security when your team lead will put in into bench we can't say . Saturday is extra day but if you're TL want you to reach the target of the week then you should work for free even after completing your shift you should complete your Target after reaching home. No proper salary hike. There is much politics in the office . Hr won't contact you until you put your papers or in the notice period.

There is good job support, friendly and supportive management and the company policies are good, appraisal are fair.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Worst experience that I ever faced in my entire career. So much work pressure and very less pay guys. Please don't join here and this is my genuine feedback.

So much work pressure in all the projects. No work life balance, Weekends also working.

Work life balance though it varies from project to project. Learning opportunities and culture that treat employees respectfully .

Dislikes

Terrible promotion opportunities. People with good relationships are moatly promoted or someone who has put in papers. Company does not tealize your worth unless you resign and then they promise hike, promotion and onsite opportunities.
