Have been receiving my salary on time.

1) Rigid promotion policies where performance does not allow for early promotions. 2) Introduction of policy where every employee is not allowed to trade in all single name securities including their options and futures, regardless of whether there is access to sensitive information.

Only Salary is ok.

Dislikes

Culture is pathetic, there is no scope for learning and development. More females are hired by the management and then favoured. Third class managers and team leads hired they don't even know how to speak proper English.

The Salary depends on which client you'll be working for, if it's a big client the chances are that you'll have a shot at a good salary. But there's no pay parity for same level and experienced people in fact more often than not there are huge gaps in salary of people working at same level.

Dislikes

Work life balance is slim to non existing, clients dictates the hiring and firing of employees. They promise to give you the work that you desire but ends up giving you work that feels degrading and when you ask to have it changed as you were promised something else, you get evasive answers and blames over the client. Leave policies are pathetic, in this modern day and age you get 5 days paternity leaves (which are not even industry standard).

Apart from okayish salary, there's nothing to like here

Dislikes

Super micro management by immediate managers, lack of adequate training,no work life balance despite their claim in interview. Continuous pressure to perform without adequate training.

Career Growth – The company provides training programs, certifications, and opportunities for internal mobility.

Dislikes

Salary Increments & Appraisals – Many employees feel that salary hikes and promotions are slower compared to competitors.
